Rabia is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor. She completed her Masters in Professional Counseling at Georgia State University in 2000, following her completion of her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Emory University.

He has selected and promoted Executives for the last 15 years. He has a very high success rate finding the right Executive for the right job and building high performance Executive Teams. Soren has trained more than 4,000 executives in different leadership disciplines. At GE Capital he practiced the GAP Change model in a cross-cultural and international business environment. He has also spent time at Harvard University with Professor John P. Kotter, studying his work. Soren has coached more than 200 Executives in “The 4 E's Leadership Performance Coaching”, which is specific coaching linked to the strategy and objectives that companies need to achieve. Soren holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Administration from Copenhagen Business School and a Masters in Business NLP & PEP & also Master Practitioner Performance Enhancing Psychology in Business from Global Institute of Performance Enhancing Psychology.
